So you saw this seal on the front door.
What does it mean?
It means that the business or organization is a certified and respected participant in a program that enriches its community through empowering its citizens.
“Community citizens gainfully employed. And the whole process from beginning to end was, well, it was NEAT.“
A NEAT InVITE alliance is a win-win-win situation.
Each InVITE Seal holder within a NEAT alliance is a winner because NEAT is not profit driven. As a non-profit organization, it can without bias, play the part of go-between to keep the focus on identifying and facilitating solutions, then applying those solutions to those that benefit. And all InVITE participants benefit.
So what does it take to get an InVITE  Seal of Approval?
The organization, employer or educator must commit to the shared purpose of enriching the local community by empowering its citizens. They must also adhere to the Values of Integrity in business, Transparency in reporting and hold true to the aspiration of Empowering those in need.
An InVITE Seal indicates a willingness to - work together - to achieve mutually beneficial objectives.
